These terms and conditions govern the relationship between you and inkatrail.com.pe doing business as Lima Magic travel agency "company". To book a trip, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions that describe, among other things, cancellation policy and certain limitations of liability. All persons who wish to make a reservation should be carefully read and understand the terms and conditions that follow. TRAVEL IN PERU

Lima Magic operates in regions where the standards of accommodation, transportation, and services may not be where you would normally expect. FORCE MAJEURE

TRAVEL INSURANCE

RISKS

To book any of our adventure trips (Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, Salkantay, Choquequirao, Ausangate, Lares trek etc) you assume the risks associated with them. For these Magic Lima travel agency is not responsible for.

SENDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA IN RESERVATION

INCREASES IN HOLIDAY

$40 per person is also applicable to all groups that start your excursion with us this holiday season: Christmas (22 December, 23, 24, 25, new year 29 of December, 30, 31, 01 January)

PAYMENT OF THE FINAL BALANCE

CANCELLATIONS:

VERY IMPORTANT (1)

We suggest you stay at an altitude (above 3000 meters - as in Cusco or another city in height) for 3 days (minimum) before you start the trip. CANCELLATION OF A TOUR BY THE COMPANY

The company reserves the right to cancel any trip for any reason, but do not cancel any trip of less than 60 days before the start of this, except
Force majeure, unusual or unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the company.
When it is cancelled a tour of the company, the customer can choose between the full refund of all monies paid or take any alternative tour offered by the company free of charge.

The company is not responsible for incidental expenses or consequential losses incurred by customer as a result of the cancelled reservation, as visas, vaccinations, flights or rail, the company is not liable for reserves that were not made with us, non-refundable car parking or other expenses, loss of profits, or loss of enjoyment, etc

If the chosen alternative travel is less than the initially reserved, the customer is entitled to a refund of the price difference.

If the customer requests an alternative tour of a value exceeding the initially reserved, the customer must pay the difference in price.

UNUSED SERVICES

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

TRAVEL RECEIPTS

CLAIMS AND COMPLAINTS
